The master bedroom (with a king size bed) has an extra den attached, making it a very large space that enjoys a total of 3 sliding glass doors, including one to the west balcony and a large walk-in closet.There is an ocean view from the master bedroom as well!

The bright kitchen overlooks the living room and has beautiful granite counters and upgraded stainless appliances. It is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and small appliances.

A: No. This property is strictly designed as an ALE, or Additional Living Expenses property for those displaced by an insurance claim (flood, fire)Q: We have a dog. Are you pet-friendly?
A: Yes we rent this property to those who have a furry friend, though Strata Rules allow only one pet. If you have a shedding animal, we may charge an extra cleaning fee at the end of your tenancy (which comes off your security deposit).Q: Are there any extra charges we should be aware of?
A: We require a half month's rent as a security deposit that is refundable at the end of the tenancy provided there are no damages or extra cleaning reqiured. If you have a dog, then the deposit is one month's rent.Q: Is there a minimum time requirement?
